The Blackbull Pub is located on Dragonara Road. At one time this was the main road through Paceville, but it has now been by passed and the pavements widened allowing the bars and restaurants to place tables and chairs into the street. The street is also one way and sometimes closed by the police to traffic on a nighttime. I did not see any barriors but the police were stopping motorists and issuing tickets to them so car hire devotees be aware. The Blackbull pub is on the opposite side of the road to Huggins Pub
